m potete aiutare?.......
Ho questa ricetta
200 gr di farina passata al setaccio
250 gr zucchero in polvere
100 gr cacao amaro
buccia di 1 arancio
1/4 lt latte
2 gr di cannella in polvere
4 gr bicarbonato di soda
4 gr di cremor tartaro
burro qb
pangrattato qb
impasti il tutto e inforni
mi sapete dire se in questo caso posso sostituire il cremor tartaro con il limone?

in primo luogo, suggerirei di modificare le dosi, aumentanto a 6 gr il cremor tartaro.
in secondo luogo, se proprio non lo trovi, segui quanto detto da Ste: l'equivalente di mezza bustina di lievito per dolci
