Carne di vitello macinata

Oggi per la prima volta ho appreso che la carne macinata di vitello non può essere congelata.

Nessuna carte macinata va congelata.....è un prodotto ad alto tasso di deterioramento.
La carne macinata va macinata al momento in casa e usata subito, altrimenti fermenta...
Che sia di manzo, vitello, pollo, tacchino.....è il fatto che è macinata il problema...

Ti conviene cuocerla (ragù, polpettone, polpette, o altre) e dopo congelarla

Grazie per le risposte, da oggi in poi non congelerò più carne macinata. Di solitto congelavo carne da me selezionata e macinata dal macellaio in mia presenza per la durata al massimo di una settimana.
Odio il freezer pieno di alimenti congelati, mi mette tristezza. VIVA LA CUCINA ESPRESSA!
