Biscotti tipo "Oro Saiwa"

Ciao a tutti
mi accingo a fare i biscotti per Natale, ormai sono un'esperta ne faccio di tantissimi tipi però non riesco a fare dei biscotti con una consistenza tipo "oro saiwa"
mi spiego meglio ....
I miei biscotti sono frollosi, anche i krumiri sono frollosi (buonissimi per carita) ma i biscotti quelli friabili ma croccanti come si fanno?
Ho provato ad infornarli 2 volte ma sono sempre frollosi ...
Chi mi sa aiutare?

anch'io cerco ricette di biscotti simili agli oro saiwa o agli oswego..per intenderci di quella consistenza - oggi sfoglio il mio "libro d'oro dei biscotti" con calma..-...spero che qualcuno ci possa "illuminare" e nel contempo di trovare altre ricette :)
