stavo cercando una impastatrice un po più capiente e performante della mia attuale kitchen aid da 5 litri.
mi sono imbattuto su questa . qualche esperto può darmi un parere? secondo voi puo lavorare solo a pieno carico (12kg) oppure funziona decentemente anche con carichi inferiori, ad esempio 7/8kg?

12 kg di impasto. significa dai 6 agli 8 kg di farina, a seconda della idratazione
tu chiedi di lavorare a poco piu' di meta' del carico massimo: IMHO ci sta tutto, ed e' una misura ottimale per quell'attrezzo.
Lascio a te, naturalmente, la valutazione della corrispondenza con le tue necessita': per noi comuni mortali da panificazione casalinga appare davvero fuori scala.

secondo voi le planetarie che si trovano su ebay da 100 e piu' euro possono essere valide per un uso casalingo?
