Le dosi decidetele voi... :eek:

soffrigere pochi minuti olio e.v.o. e uno spicchio di aglio, aggiungere gli anelli di calamaro interi o tagliati a tocchetti come preferite, aggiustare di sale e pepe, un poco di vino bianco , sfumare e lasciare cuocere per il tempo necessario affinche' si ammorbidiscano bene,negli ultimi minuti aggiungere i gamberetti sgusciati , coprire e spegnere il fuoco...aspettare una decina di minuti e servire con crostoni di pane
se piace spolverizzare con prezzemolo macinato al momento
