grazie ho controllato sul sito, ma la marmellata che dico io è totalmente diversa, è fatta con la cipolla rossa di tropea, sò che ci và aceto balsamico, zucchero insomma più o meno gli ingredienti li conosco ma è il dosaggio che pecca, comunque grazie spero che qualcuno possa indicarmi le dosigiuste, salutoni :lol:

Io ho questa ricetta, non so se sia originale, ma è buona.

MARMELLATA DI CIPOLLE

Ingredienti: 1 kg di cipolle - 600 gr di zucchero - un po' di sale - qualche foglia di alloro
Preparazione: Unire tutti gli ingredienti in una pentola, fare macerare le cipolle. Cuocere a fuoco lentissimo sino a quanto il composto assume la consistenza di una marmellata. Invasate. Volendo si può aggiungere un po' di aceto durante la cottura e delle uvette, va a gusto.
