Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

Medaglioni di pollo al vino bianco

Dopo un giorno di lavoro, spesso fuori casa, si rientra “stanchi morti” e con una domanda ridondante… che faccio? Questa è un’idea che può esser messa in pratica in brevissimo tempo e con buoni risultati :D



Rifilare dei petti di pollo dando loro una forma tondeggiante, infarinarli e farli saltare nel burro da entrambi i lati. Mettere su un piatto i medaglioni e deglassare il fondo con del vino bianco. Rimettere un attimo i medaglioni in padella, salarli, peparli e napparli velocemente. Servite con un’insalatina fresca di carote, radicchio, rucola e finocchio condita con una vinaigrette all’aceto balsamico :eek:
