facili,facili e molto buoni :grin:

375 g farina , 125 g fecola, 250 g nocciole tritate grossolanamente, 250 g burro freddo ,250 g zucchero , 2 uova ,1 bustina di lievito x dolci , qualche goccia di aroma mandorla , 1 pizzico di sale.

impastare tutti gli ingredienti e mettere a riposare in frigo per circa 1 ora.
stendere la pasta e ritagliare le forme desiderate altezza circa 5 mm e disporre su una teglia da forno con carta da forno e cuocere x 10-12 min a 190° forno preriscaldato.
