risotto alla zucca e baccalà

Ieri sera, forse suggestionata dal pranzo di sabato,

mi sono lanciata in questo risotto:

Ho caramellato la zucca a fette sottili con uno spicchio di aglio, ho finito du cuocerla a tegame coperto;
a parte ho soffritto con un po' di olio poco scalogno, ho aggiunto il riso acquarello, brodo fatto con metà brodo vegetale e metà latte, la zucca.
Poco prima di spegnere ho messo una brunoise di zucca cruda, il baccalà bollito e sfogliato, qualche semino di sesamo tostato e un giro di olio aromatizzato alla vaniglia.

Sembra interessante. Con "caramellato la zucca" intendi che l'hai messa in padella con dello zucchero?
