Filetto di Maiale in Crosta

ingredienti

2 filetti di maiale
2 filoncini di pane (tipo frusta)
rigatino o pancetta da avvolgere intorno al pane
rosmarino
salvia
1 spicchio d'aglio
sale
pepe

Preparare un trito aromatico con rosmarino, salvia, aglio, sale e pepe e cospargere sui filetti.
Aprire il pane, togliere un po di mollica e mettere i filetti, chiudere avvolgere il pane con la pancetta e con lo spago legare il tutto.

Cuocere in forno a 200°C per circa 45 minuti (dipende dalla grandezza dei filetti).
Servire con patatine arrosto.
