Ciliegie al maraschino ricoperte di cioccolato

Ingredienti (in proporzione .. poi fatene quante più volete):
10 ciliegie - 25 gr. zucchero - 0.5 dl. acqua - 1 cucchiaio maraschino (o kirsh o anche alchermes) - 40 gr. cioccolato fondente

Procedimento
Snocciolate le ciliegie. Fate uno sciroppo con acqua e zucchero e sobbollitelo per 5 minuti. Unitevi il maraschino e versate lo sciroppo caldo sulle ciliegie. Fatele riposare per almeno un'ora, comunque fino a raffreddamento. Quindi scolate le ciliegie e tuffatele nel cioccolato fondente fuso. Disponetele su un vassoietto e fate solidificare in frigorifero.
