Crostata ricotta cioccolato

Avevo della ricotta e non avevo voglia di mangiarla così e mi son detto: perchè non fare una crostata?

pasta frolla ( vedi ricetta di gennarino)
250 g ricotta
100 g zucchero
1 limone
100g gocce di cioccolato fondente

ho lavorato la ricotta per renderla morbida, aggiunto lo zucchero, la buccia del limone e le gocce di cioccolato e lasciato a riposare mentre stendevo la pasta frolla precedentemente preparata in una tortiera ( ne ho conservato un pochina). Ho messo il composto sulla frolla e steso in modo uniforme con un cucchiaio. Ho preso il resto della frolla e preparato delle strisce di decorazione da apoggiare sulla crostata. Forno ventilato 220° per 30/35 minuti e.... voilà
