polpettine zucchina facili

buonasera ecco una ricetta di casa nostra splendida per un antipasto o un secondo o un aperitivo...

le dosi sono molto a occhio ma le polpettine vengono sempre bene :-)

io questa sera ho usato un kg di zucchine grattuggiate grosse e lasciate scolare dopo essere state salate per un ora

dopo aver strizzato le zucchine che hanno così perso il liquido nonchè il sale ho aggiunto un cucchiaio di farina bianca due cucchiai di pane grattuggiato circa 100 gr di parmigiano grattuggiato tre uova quattro pizzichi di sale prezzemolo e basilico tritati

il composto deve essere piuttosto sodo dopo di che si frigge in olio evo ben caldo mettendo l'impasto a cucchiaiate nell'olio che non deve essere fondo

sclatele dopo averle rigirate e ben dorate
