cuoricini al limone

Cuoricini al limone

250 burro
4 tuorli
160 zucchero
scorza 1 limone
1 cucchiaio di succo di limone
500 si farina
1 punta di coltello di lievito
1 pizzico di sale

per spennellare
200 gr. zucchero velo
2 cucchiai di succo di limone

Lavorare il burro in crema con lo zucchero, aggiungere uno ad uno tutti gli ingredienti fino a rendere l'impasto ben amalgamato ( tipo pasta frolla)
Formare un panetto ,avvolgerlo in carta stagnola e metterlo in frigorifero alcune ore.
Stendere l'impasto un pò per volta all'altexxa di 5 mm. e ritagliare i cuoricini
Cottura circa 10 minuti a 180 gradi
Spennellare i cuoricini ancora caldi con la glassa di zucchero e limone
io uso un cucchiaino lo trovo più semplice , quando saranno asciutti conservarli in una scatola di latta.
