Un'alternativa gustosa al solito 'petto di pollo'.

bistecche di petto di pollo
peperoni
tonno
pan grattato
uovo e latte per l'impanatura
sale
olio EVO

Andare a formare dei medaglioni con la carne, nel frattempo cuocere al vapore (o al forno) i peperoni per una 20ina di minuti; prelevarli, togliere la pelle (dolore) e formare delle rondelle della stessa dimensione dei medaglioni.
A parte prendere del tonno (in scatoletta), sgocciolarlo per bene e sminuzzarlo; cominciare a formare il medaglione con una rondellina di pollo, 1 cucchiaino di tonno e chiudere con il peperone.
Impanare e friggere!
