TORTINO DI ALICI
alici fresche
mollica di pane(meglio se raffermo)
aglio
prezzemolo
limone
olio evg
pecorino grattuggiato
pangrattato
sale e pepe

Pulite e sfilettate le alici.
A parte preparate la mollica di pane(che dev'essere abbondante)mischiandola con l'aglio tritato,il prezzemolo,l'olio,il pecorino gratt.,sale e pepe.
Fate un primo strato di alici disposte a raggiera(i filetti devono essere aperti a libro) in una teglia oleata e cosparsa di pangrattato,spruzzate il pesce con un po' di succo di limone,sale e pepe,poi cospargete un po' di mollica di pane.Fare diversi strati terminando con la mollica che dev'essere inumidita un po'.Mettete in forno a 200° finche' si forma una bella crosticina croccante e dorata.
p.scome ha consigliato un amico di coquinaria al posto dell'acqua x inumidire la mollica si puo' usare il vino bianco!
