Insalata di ceci - 489Kc

La ricetta mi è stata data da Carletta sul forum di Chicca. E' fresca, appetitosa ed è ovviamente un piatto unico.
Se proprio avete fretta, potete anche usare ceci in scatola di ottima marca. Ovviamente qui lo dico e qui lo nego 8-)

70 gr di ceci secchi
1/2 peperone rosso
1/2 peperone giallo (in tutto, 200g di peperoni)
1/2 scatoletta di tonno da 160 gr al naturale
una manciata di capperi sotto sale
1 spicchio d'aglio (non indispensabile) foglie di salvia
1/2 uovo sodo
aceto di vino bianco
olio 2 cucchiaini (10g)
sale e pepe, origano (a piacere)

Dopo aver ammollato i ceci per una notte, metterli a bollire con qualche foglia di salvia e l'aglio in recipiente coperto, salarli a fine cottura.
Abbrustolire i peperoni, togliere la pellicina e tagliarli a listarelle. Far rassodare l'uovo, sgusciare e tagliare il mezzo uovo a fettine. Lavare i capperi, sgocciolare il tonno e sbriciolarlo con una forchetta mattere i ceci scolati ed indiepiditi, il tonno, i peperoni ed i capperi in un piatto da portata poco profondo. Condire con olio e aceto, sale e pepe ed origano. Disporre tutto attorno le fettine di uovo e servire.
Ovviamente non è proprio povero di calorie, sono più di 400, però se si mangia da solo magari accompagnato da frutta poco calorica come le fragole, può andare come calorie di un pasto.
