Più che la ricetta, semplicissima, mi interessa far capire l'uso degli aromi in cucina. Inizierò con questa preparazione. L'uso di erbe aromatiche e di spezie, aggiunge profumo e sapore al piatto e fa avvertire meno la mancanza di olio. Si può dimezzare o eliminare anche l'uso del sale per chi è a dieta iposodica.
In questa ricetta, ho indicato alcune verdure ma possono essere usate tutte le verdure adatte ad essere gratinate.

Per 1 persona:
1 falda di peperone giallo
una fetta di 1 cm di melanzana
un pomodoro tagliato in due
una cipolla da forno, quelle bianche schiacciate di circa 50 gr.
2 cucchiaini d'olio Evo spruzzati sopra (12 spruzzi)
1 cucchiaio di pan grattato (20 gr.) da distribuire sulle verdure
erbe provenzali secche (si trovano in bustine già pronte, se si volessero usare erbe fresche, mettere qualche foglia di: maggiorana, santoreggia, rosmarino, origano, timo spezzettate e distribuite sulla preparazione)

E' un ottimo contorno ma va considerata la dose di pan grattato da togliere sul totale di pasta o pane del pasto.

Il calcolo delle calorie assume 50g per ciascuna verdura:
