Tortino di scarola e carciofi (elaysa) - 220 Kc

Per 1 persona
2 carciofi (300g)
1 uovo
pane grattugiato (un cucchiaio 20 gr)
scarola 100 gr
pepe, noce moscata, sale

parmigiano grattugiato (facoltativo, io non l'ho messo perchè devo seguire una dieta iposodica)

Pulire i due carciofi e tagliarli a fettine sottili , poi rosolarli con un po' d'olio aglio e prezzemolo. Sbollentare qualche minuto la scarola e scolarla. Una volta freddi, mescolare i carciofi con parte della scarola a pezzetti, l'uovo il parmigiano e il pane grattuggiato e le spezie. Rivestire degli stampini con le foglie di scarola, riempire con il composto preparato e infornare per 20 minuti (oppure 4 al microonde come ho fatto io!).

Nota di Kamomilla: Si può sostituire la scarola con della lattuga romana. Dimezzando le dosi lo si può considerare un antipasto
