Trovata questa, a proposito di peperone in salsa. PIù facile e veloce. Da provare.

. Mettete in una casseruola un battuto di cipolla, fatelo stufare nell’olio di oliva, poi aggiungete i peperoni rossi a tocchetti e anche una punta di peperoncino, se vi piace il gusto piccante, o altre spezie (per esempio curry). Brasate a fuoco dolce per una ventina di minuti.

2. Trasferite il tutto nel bicchiere di un frullatore e azionate il motore. Passate quindi il composto attraverso un colino a trama fine, rimettetelo nella casseruola e riportatelo a ebollizione, facendo andare lentamente per alcuni minuti.
