Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

Panzerotti a Catania

Qualche giogrno fà La mia amica Grazia, ha coinvolto me e un'amica comune Adriana, a trascorrere un pomeriggio preparando "panzerotti" quelli che si trovano in tutte le pasticceria a Catania, quelli che accompagnano le colazioni mattutine dei nostri ragazzi all'uscita delle discoteche prima di ritirarsi a casa nelle mattinate.

Ingredienti della pasta

1 KG. di farina 00
350gr. di zucchero
200GR. strutto
200 GR burro
10GR. ammoniaca
200GR. latte
pizzico di sale
Lavorare l'impasto fino ad avere una pasta morbida e malleabile, lasciare riposare qualche ora in frigorifero avvolta in un telo


stendere la pasta con il mattarello fino ad avere uno spessore di 3mm

con una formina ritagliare dei cerchi,PER LA BASE ritaglieremo dei dischi più piccoli x la copertura dei dischi più grandi.







Prepariamo le creme che per questo dolce saranno piuttosto dense:

CREME:
400GR. zucchero 200farina 00(metà amido) )3/4 rossi d'uovo
1 litro di latte
X quella al cioccolato aggigungere 100GR.di cacao in polvere da pasticceria












spennellare con tuorlo e latte


Infornare a 180° X circa 2O/25 m.
Spolverare di zucchero a velo appena raffreddati
