Gennarino.org ringrazia tutti gli utenti che hanno dato fiducia al nostro progetto per quasi 20 anni, e che, grazie al grande lavoro fatto da tutto lo Staff (rigorosamente a titolo gratuito), hanno portato il forum a diventare uno dei principali punto di riferimento degli appassionati di cucina del web italiano.
Purtroppo, causa motivi personali, non ho più modo di gestirlo e portarlo avanti. Il forum viene ora posto in uno stato di sola lettura: un archivio storico che permetta a chiunque di fruire di tutte le discussioni trattate.

trofie vongole e pesto

Questo è il primo piatto che ho preparato oggi a pranzo,è una ricette veloce e gustosa,metto gli ingredienti che ho usato per 3 persone:
600 gr.di vongole,1 cucchiaino di pesto a persona,3 pomodorini,aglio e olio
Soffriggere olio e aglio in una padella che conterrà anche la pasta,unire le vongole insieme ai pomodorini e farle aprire a fuoco vivace,aggiungere il pesto e farlo amalgamare con il sugo.Lessare la pasta,versarla nella padella,saltarla e servire.Chi lo gradisce può aggiungere una spolverata di pecorino romano. :sad:

Anche a me attizza, sono solo dubbioso sul far saltare la pasta in padella con il pesto... :shock:
